The transfer from the regional airports authority to WMATA is one of the final milestones for the extension of the line to Ashburn via Dulles International Airport. Now, officials will run safety tests and obtain accreditation. If those steps go smoothly, passengers could be boarding the trains this fall.   (Post)  

Developers of the 11th Street Bridge Park have selected the artworks of four local women to be featured on the site.
