Faith Fix, ASID, Founder and Principal and Interior Designer Stacy Bartels at Freestyle Interiors are creating the interior for The Ronto Group’s previously sold Espada furnished model in the award-winning developer’s Quattro building at Naples Square.  Quattro is the fourth building at Naples Square, a walkable/bikeable community being developed by Ronto at 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples.  Just seven Quattro residences remain available for purchase.  Sales of fifty-seven residences worth $128,200,060 have been processed and the Quattro building is now 89% sold.  The  previously sold Espada model will remain open for viewing after completion through a developer leaseback.  Vertical construction is progressing as planned and the building is expected to be completed in fourth quarter 2022.

Designed by Ronto and MHK Architecture & Planning, the Quattro residences offer the largest living spaces and some of the largest condominiums in downtown Naples.  Each Quattro plan includes luxurious appointments and flowing, open-concept spaces featuring large great rooms, dining rooms, oversized island kitchens, spacious covered outdoor balconies, multi-functional dens, light-filled owner’s suites, and elegant guest suites.  A landscaped amenity deck will include a spacious pool deck, pool, and hot tub, chaise lounges, trellised seating areas, shade cabanas, a firepit and seating area, two grilling areas, and a covered bar with barstools and a large screen television.  A club room will open to the amenity deck and feature a bar area with a refrigerator, bar sink, and cabinetry, a billiards room, restrooms, and large screen televisions.  Courtyard level residences feature extended terraces including a gas bar-b-que with a sink, a trellis-covered hot tub, and a fire pit are sold out.

The Espada model’s floor plan includes 3,358 square feet under air plus two balconies that total 495 square feet.  The plan features four bedrooms plus a den, four and a half baths, a sprawling open-concept great room, dining area, and kitchen, and 10-foot ceilings.  The designers are creating an interior with an organic modern, clean-lined look that presents natural woods and woven materials.  Creamy beige wall tones will be accented with pops of emerald and navy that will play against sandy-toned oak flooring.

The model’s uniquely designed foyer serves as a prelude to hallways that go both to the left and the right.  The foyer’s feature wall that greets visitors upon arrival will feature an asymmetrical floating shelf that turns the corner to lead the eye down the hallway that leads to the kitchen.  The oak shelf will present a collection of meticulously vetted accessories that complement an art piece hung above the shelf on the feature wall.  The walls in the foyer and hallways will be bedecked with wallpaper with a unique soft cloud look and extend all the way down the hallway to the entry of the living room.

Design highlights in the living room will include a sandy-toned oak slatted ceiling and a slatted feature wall also finished with sandy-toned oak.  A white oak floating shelf/drawer unit will provide a focal point on the feature wall.  Furnishings in the living room will include a sofa with a neutral sand-tone woven fabric, two swivel chairs in a tan and muted green fabric, a rift-cut white oak occasional table between the swivel chairs, and a cocktail table with a white honed stone top and a rift-cut white oak base.

The adjacent dining area will showcase a dining table with a white oak top in a natural tan color that carries down to a unique transitional table base that features a semicircular arc element that is framed by vertical elements finished in a darker maple that matches a buffet with a horizontal ridge design.  Eight barrel-shaped dining chairs will be finished with a sandy-toned linen blend fabric.  A contemporary sea urchin style lighting fixture will be suspended over the dining table.

Calcutta gold quartz countertop surfaces will grace both the island and the perimeter in the Espada model’s kitchen.  The maple perimeter cabinetry will be finished in a soft white color while the island base and dry bar cabinetry will be presented in a creamy grey tone.  An undercounter wine cooler will be included at the dry bar.  Four woven dark grey rope counter stools with greyish teak legs and flaxen colored woven fabric seats will line the island and provide a gathering place when entertaining.  A pair of two-toned pendant lights in black and tan will be suspended over the island.

A stunning design highlight in the den will be a fixed panel wall comprised of a metal frame and industrial glass with a pair of center doors that fold back against the side panels when open.  Furnishings will include a wooden writing table with a medium brown finish and antique brass legs; a desk chair with emerald green fabric and brass legs; and a woven rattan transitional occasional chair with horizontal striped natural woven fabric in shades of tan, emerald, and amber.  A multi-functional wall unit behind the desk will span the majority of the wall and provide storage with six fixed shelves.  An art piece will hang in the center section.  The wood flooring found in the living room and dining area will carry into the den.

Tan and off-white background colors with accents in shades of blue will be featured in the owner’s bedroom.  A horizontal channeled upholstered bed will compliment a headboard wall with a wood veneer with a teak-look finish.  The nightstands and dresser will be finished in light shale and grey with linen finished drawer fronts and griege finished surrounds.  The drawer pulls will include horizontal cutouts with stainless steel insets.  A bench with a darker finish and fabric that matches the headboard will be placed at the foot of the bed.  A cut velvet swivel chair with fabric presented in shades of blue and taupe will include a frame in shades of taupe and cream woven fabric.

Soft white shaker style vanity cabinetry with polished chrome bar pulls and a Cambria quartz countertop in shades of taupes and greys will be showcased in the owner’s bathroom.  The vanity will also include an LED mirror.  In the shower, 24 by 24-inch tile will be finished in shades of taupe and grey with a large marble inset in Calcutta gold and Classic Calcutta.

The living room, dining area, and owner’s bedroom will open to a covered terrace.  Furnishings on the terrace will include a composite stone circular dining table with a grey finish.  Four woven dining chairs will feature a dark finish and woven navy and white cushions in a geometric pattern.  A sofa and two chairs in a sandy woven material fabric will offer a comfortable outdoor conversation area.

The remaining residences that are available for purchase showcase Quattro’s Bianca, Dario, Dante, Giada, and Giada 2 floor plans.  Pricing ranges from $2,950,000 to $4,295,000.  Residences are selling quickly.  Homebuyers intent on enjoying Quattro’s walkable/bikeable downtown lifestyle are encouraged to make their purchase decisions this season.
